I have 17 years of experience in mental health and understands that everyone does not have the same journey. If I am able to empower someone to understand that their past or current situation does not determine where they are going, I have given them tools to transform their life. It takes real courage to seek help and can be quite overwhelming; however, I want to offer you a safe and confidential space to express your emotions, discuss your concerns, and work towards feeling better.

I believe that spiritual insight, when paired with intentional growth, can be a powerful catalyst for healing and restoration. In addition to my pastoral background, I bring two years of clinical experience involving in-patient and out-patient therapy.
My primary therapeutic approaches include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them develop practical skills, deeper self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns of thinking and relating.I am deeply passionate about helping others heal and overcome the many challenges life presents. Whether you are struggling in your marriage, facing personal obstacles, or seeking spiritual and emotional growth, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where transformation can begin and lasting change can take root.
