Nurse Practitioner

Hannah Reeves, Owner of Embrace Family Psychiatry and Wellness, is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with training in both family practice and psychiatry. She is especially passionate about helping teens and adults struggling with depression and anxiety, using brief psychotherapy techniques and lifestyle measures to support mental health. She provides care for clients ages 5 and older, offering assessments and individualized treatment plans. Hannah’s goal for her practice is to work alongside her clients, allowing them to guide to their own course of treatment based on personal preferences and past experiences with medication.
