Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
This modality educates individuals/families on the relationship between your thoughts/feelings/behaviors. Our clinicians will work to help individuals through individual/family therapy to change negative thoughts and feelings to create a better response/outcome. CBT is utilized to treat diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, attention deficit disorder and addictions.

Internal Family Systems
This modality educates individuals/families on the sub-personalities that consist of wounded parts and painful emotions such as anger and shame, and parts that try to control and protect the person from the pain of the wounded parts. The sub-personalities are often in conflict with each other and with one’s core Self, a concept that describes the confident, compassionate, whole person that is at the core of every individual. This technique is utilized to treat depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma, and substance use.

Dialetical Behavioral Therapy
This modality educates individuals/families on how to increase their emotional and cognitive regulation by learning about the triggers that lead to reactive states and by helping to assess which coping skills to apply in the sequence of events, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help avoid undesired reactions. This is done by learning and utilization of things such as mindfulness. DBT can be used to treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, or post traumatic stress disorder.

Play Therapy
Play therapy utilizes play, children's natural medium of expression, to help them express their feelings more easily through toys instead of words. This modality is used to lower issues with behavioral problems, such as anger management,grief and loss, divorce and abandonment, and crisis and trauma. It is also used with people with atttention deficit disorder or Autism.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. This allows people to healthily store a traumatic memory that leads to flashbacks and nightmares. This technique is used primarily with individuals with PTSD, Phobias, and Social Anxiety.

Crisis Intervention
This method can help with crisis such as Suicidal Ideations, Self Harm, Addiction Crisis, Homelessness, or Homicidal Threats. This method can help with at risk teens or children that are at risk of being expelled out of school.
