Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field

• Active Mississippi license: LCSW/LMSW 

• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based mental health practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children, teens, or families

• Background in trauma-informed care

• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, play therapy, or other treatment modalities

• Experience in private practice or outpatient settings

• Comfortable using electronic systems for documentation and scheduling
